Cultural Tourism with Marketing, 120 ECTS credits, aims to provide a broad training with applicable knowledge of the tourism trade for the students, specializing in culture and tourism. After passing the course the students obtain the title Entrepreneur of Cultural Tourism. The direct contact with the industry given to the students during the training will increase their chances to get a job within the expanding tourism trade.

The language courses gives a deeper knowledge of business communictaion. It also gives an understanding for the cultural differences in the world. Both oral and written exercises are applied.

Tourism and regional development

Deals with the important factors regarding the development and conditions of the tourism industry. It also deals with the planning and realization of events. Creating a regional tourism development plan and designing a destination are projects during the course.

Takes place in two periods. The students have a great opportunity to choose the place where they want to do the training, in Sweden or abroad.

A reality based project to be done for a company. Could, if desired, be done in connection to an On The job Training period. Comprises both a written report and an oral presentation.
